How to Find a Sponsored Job in Australia

This website was launched on 1 January 2008 and was intended to be an easy-going guide to what it’s really like to live in Australia from the perspective of somebody who has moved here from another country. I felt I was well-placed to write about this subject as I really had moved to Australia from a different country myself.

I would write about going to the beach, weeding my garden, putting out the rubbish and discovering the joys of BYO restaurants, that sort of thing. Yes, I expected comments and emails, you know, things like “That beach looks great!” and maybe “That’s a big weed!

And I did.

But I also got a lot more. Over the years I’ve received thousands of emails and comments, and I noticed that some questions were just getting asked again and again and again. Far and away though, the two most popular questions are…

  • Would I qualify for an Australian visa?
  • How can I get a job sponsorship in Australia?

Both of these questions are very difficult to answer, and I have tried to help people by writing about each of the above subjects, but to truly help people with these questions I would need to be either a MARA registered migration agent or a job recruitment specialist.

And I’m neither.

I Needed Experts

My task then was to find experts in these fields who I trusted fully and who could answer these questions on my behalf for my readers. I’m pleased to say I have done that.

I’ve been working with my MARA agent since December 2011 and he has been doing a fantastic job and I am also pleased to tell you that I have now known Nadine Myers even longer.

Nadine has worked in recruitment, Human Resources and she owns and runs many websites on the subject of migrating to Australia and finding work. Over the years she has become an expert in the field of finding job sponsorships in Australia.

Many of you will, no doubt, have come across some or all of Nadine’s websites and may have your own experiences of them. Personally I can’t really tell you anything about any of them, the reason being that they are very much centred around (as they should be) finding work in Australia and include the process of actually applying for jobs.

I am not looking for a job, so how can I test this kind of service?

I can’t.

So I honestly can’t speak about Nadine’s other websites, but there is one product of hers that she introduced me to a while back that I have been able to review and I love it!

Find Sponsored Jobs in Australia

I might not be looking for a sponsored job in Australia, but I know a good guide when I read one. I got to know it even better when I read it again, and I liked it even more the second time.

This e-book has been around a while and as with those websites, many of you may have come across this before. Maybe you considered buying it; perhaps you were a little sceptical; having read it I can assure you you have nothing to worry about. This is a top-quality guide.

Between myself and Nadine we have worked on updating it and as you will see from the upcoming table of contents, everything is covered.

Hard work

Finding a job, even in your home country, is difficult enough these days. Finding a job is a job itself and if you want to be successful, you have to work really hard at it. Of course, it depends what you do, your skills and how much in demand that might be. For most people though, it’s a case of churning out the applications, hitting the phones, networking and hoping for a break.

Finding a sponsored job in Australia is probably about 10 times harder than finding a job in your home country, to be successful then, you’ll probably have to work 10 times harder at it.

The package I’m about to introduce to you will not guarantee that you will get a job, nobody can do that, but I do guarantee that it will help you to systematically hunt down and capture that job sponsorship in Australia that really could change your life.

In a moment I’ll give you the link to go directly to the website from which you can buy this electronically delivered package, but first, here’s some info about the product:

If you seriously want to maximise your chances of finding a job sponsorship in Australia, then you really must buy this e-book. I have referred to it before as the “Bible” of finding sponsorships; it is only today that I noticed that Nadine also refers to it as a “Bible”.

And that is what it is for those looking for a job sponsorship in Australia.

So, is this product for you?

  • It’s NOT FOR YOU if you do not have a good command of the English language which may, in some cases, require you getting IELTS to a minimum of 7.
  • It’s NOT FOR YOU if you do not have work experience in a skill that is likely to be in demand here in Australia.
  • It’s NOT FOR YOU if you do not have the funds to meet the expenses and costs you may be required to pay during this process. Some companies may help you out with some of these costs, but it’s very unusual for a company to pay for all of them.
  • It’s NOT FOR YOU if you are simply going to read this book and not take any action. As I said earlier, finding a job sponsorship is a job in itself, and I think you should be spending at least 5 hours a week doing the things you will be asked to do in this book. If you can spend more time than that, that’s even better. If you spend no time at all, you have wasted your time reading it and your money buying it.

On the other hand, if you are looking for a job sponsorship in Australia and none of the above is going to trip you up, then I would say that without doubt this product is for you. But of course, you want to know the price. So I’m going to tell you.

$47 AUD

Group of eBooksBefore I give you that link to Nadine’s website, a couple more things.

There are bonuses that come with this product, so many that it’s actually called an ePackage, and this package contains everything you will need to search for a job sponsorship in Australia.

Now you have a double guarantee, so go ahead and click the link below to visit Nadine’s website and read more information, if you want to. But if you have read enough and want to buy this package, simply click on the “ORDER NOW” link you will see right at the top in the navigation menu….

He Senthil, absolutely, you can become a toilet cleaner here! Forget about the IT though, only for a few chosen ones. Xenophobia (towards everything non-OZ regardless of skin color) and freemasonry hierarchy everyday and everywhere. Not much of a difference from the caste system, is it?

  • Mohad kenneh June 23, 2017, 9:04 pm | Link

    Dear Sir,
I am Mohad kenneh from Liberia working in I would like to come to Australia on 457 visa.
Can you help me for the same?

    • LemonOz August 14, 2017, 9:49 am | Link

457 is dead. Malcolm & Co. acted as commanded by their puppet masters. Foreigners (even skilled ones) are not welcome anymore. Quote: “Australian workers must have priority for Australian jobs”, which is kind of understandable to be fair.

Furthermore, Australia is spiritually empty. Don’t let yourself get fooled by those indigenous nonsense. These people are an absolute minority hidden far north from civilisation. You even need a permit to get in these areas! Yes, it’s like ZOO animals protected from extinction.

Try to repair your own country before it’s too late. Do not waste time and resources to move from one hell hole into another. Study history, the real one, not the one taught to brainwash innocent people.

My name is Ben Juszczak, im from Cornwall in England. I’m currently looking for a sponsored visa for a position with a plumbing company. I have 17 years experience within the plumbing, heating and renewable energy sectors. I consider myself to be a very hard working and self motivated individual, but also work well as part of a team.
Please can you find me a position to help me towards a long awaited desire to work down under!
    yours sincerely
    Ben Juszczak

    • LemonOz August 14, 2017, 10:04 am | Link

Hi Ben, 17 years of experience, phew, you seem to be quite an experienced and smart bloke. Considering your name, it seems that moving to England did not sort things out from eastern Europe, did it? Do you really think that it will help your family to move 10,000 miles down here?

Start thinking, buddy and stop acting like a fool. Running from problems is not going to solve them, is it? Fight these problems like a man, not like a coward. If you do not feel at home in the foreign country, return to your true homeland! Show others the way by doing! Save the mainland Europe from the multicultural doctrine which is not working even down here (no matter what you can find on the controlled Internet). Save it from becoming yet another communist possession! Be a proud Pole again!

      • BobinOz August 14, 2017, 7:48 pm | Link

        LemonOz

You are, of course, entitled to your opinions, we all are. I do happen to agree with you on the difficulty of new migrants finding jobs at the moment, the current job market in Australia is extremely tough. I warn people about it myself in the following post…

        https://www.bobinoz.com/blog/17033/whats-it-really-like-trying-to-find-a-job-in-australia-2015/

What you are not entitled to do though, not on this website, is insult my readers. It goes against my comment policy. It’s interesting that you use an alias, LemonOz, to hide your identity. You also use a VPN service that changes your IP address to completely hide your identity, even hide which country you are currently residing.

Ben Juszczak, on the other hand, used his real name, told us where he lives, did not hide behind a VPN and was very open to all of us here, and yet you call HIM a coward? Too funny.

If you make just one more comment that insults any of my readers, I will delete that comment and any other further comments you choose to make here. You could spend hours posting insulting comments if you wish, you could add 30, 40, even 50 comments or more, but from where I am, it will take me about 8 seconds to bulk delete the lot.

So, I wouldn’t waste your time if I were you.

        • Mike Burgess August 16, 2017, 12:16 pm | Link

Hi Bob & everyone interested in these pages!

Sorry to interrupt the dialogue of you two guys, but let me put some facts from the IT world straight.

          1) Coming from a TOR-list IP address does not say anything about the real source of the traffic. The originating source can be hidden behind it, but it can also be someone who has direct access to the TOR exit node. Technically speaking, using network address translation (NAT) is a similar logical principle (many private sources hidden behind a single public one).

          2) A name in a comment with a brief intro, that can be looked up using a search engine, does not say anything about that person identity. It could have just been exploited.

          3) I think there is some point in stating that running from problems does not solve them. After all, it really seems that running from problems did not work for Ben either, or whoever wrote that comment.

          4) Growing up in a family with a strong military background, I also feel that 3) may be understood as a kind of a cowardly act. I am not saying that this view is everyone’s. It just may be the reasoning of the OP.

          Just my two cents.

          Regards,
          Mike

          • BobinOz August 17, 2017, 9:00 pm | Link

What a fascinating comment ‘Mike Burgess’, thank you for taking so much time to make it. It’s fascinating because there are over 40,000 comments on this website, yet the only comment that has stirred emotions within you enough for you to join the conversation is my response to LemonOz who himself only made his first three comments a few days ago.

You felt the absolute need to defend the views of LemonOz with which you apparently agree. They are unusual views, I don’t think too many people would hold the opinion that somebody looking to move to another country for a better life is a coward. Yet you think it, and so does LemonOz.

It’s also fascinating because you seem to be defending the use of a TOR-list IP address and yet I mentioned the use of a VPN. These are two very different things, yet LemonOz did in fact use a TOR-list IP address. How would you know that?

For one fleeting moment I found myself wondering whether Mike Burgess = LemonOz, but of course, I will never know, because LemonOz chose to hide behind layers of anonymity before making his disparaging comments. So it will remain a mystery; where’s Sherlock when you need him?

            • Mike Burgess August 18, 2017, 7:05 pm | Link

Dear Bob, I did not defend TOR network at all. I did not defend anyone’s opinions. But yes indeed, I “felt the need” to explain that different people have different opinions, see problems from different perspectives, and that your deductions may not always be right. I talked about TOR network, since _I came from such IP_. Your deductions may seem fine from your perspective. But as you can see, _you drew wrong conclusions_.

An IP address does not and cannot provide identity, which you crave for so much. Every single IP address provides anonymity, as there is no technical way how to prove that a hit on a server was made by a particular person. Moreover, there is no technical way how to prove authenticity of the information itself (the so called log). We may like it or not, but this is how it was designed and implemented decades ago. Yes, I know, TV series and news state otherwise…

Anyway, thank you very much indeed for your comments and feedback, as they disclosed a bit about yourself…

              Namasté

I am expert at equipment testing, equipment maintenance, safety protocols, and tracing, finding and rectifying of electrical faults.
My strongest attributes include identifying unsafe electrical situations, installing wiring systems, and managing other electricians. Furthermore, I easily manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, and prioritise workloads with great attention to detail.
Aside from my technical abilities, my pleasant manner and excellent communication skills allow me to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues. To this effect I have a long list of testimonials from satisfied private and business customers. Furthermore, I am a hard worker, self motivated candidate and I am a very friendly person. Please find for me a sponsor who can help me to make my dreams true.+233 245068651

Hi Samuel, even if there is one Australian (even though I seriously doubt it), who understands that your certificates are worth and valid, they will ignore it anyway, because Malcolm & Co. said it distinctly: “Australian workers must have priority for Australian jobs”.

Let me translate that for you, dear Samuel, your certificates are not different from a toilet paper you can buy at a supermarket. Sad but true. Take care of your Ghana, be a proud Ghanaian and do not let other intruders (regardless of skin color or religion) to corrupt it or otherwise spoil it.
