My daughter and son in law are moving to Melbourne in early 2017. We are coming as well on a parent visa. Has anyone on here done this and how did they find the process. I know its expensive and a lot of money has to be deposited in banks etc. Any tips of any kind would be greatly appreciated.

We have so many conflicting stories about its so expensive to live out there and houses are expensive. I want to hear from people who have experienced it not from the bloke down the pub who probably have never been there.

    Thanks!!

I don’t think you will get much response on this page Marlene, this is for people who want to go to the beach 🙂

If you search using the Google search box on the right-hand side of every page, you will find I’ve written quite a bit about house prices and prices of all sorts of other things.

The best person to speak to for advice about the visa process though would be a MARA registered migration agent. Good luck, Bob

Ah, I don’t get too many Croatians make comments on my website. Yes, we do have sharks, but the beaches are still very good.

      Cheers

      Hi Ellie

I hope you realise your dream.

Yes, this beach is one of my favourites, it’s at Mooloolaba, which is on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Hope to see you there soon 🙂

      Cheers
