My Noisy Australian Neighbour: Caught on Video

This is the last thing I expected here in Australia. But sadly, it has happened. About five or six weeks ago a new neighbour moved in. My new neighbour was a bit noisy to start with but I was hoping things would settle down. But no! It has just got worse.

All day long it’s the same old thing. Worse than that it can carry on into the evening and sometimes into the early hours. It’s very frustrating.

In fact the noise is now constant, almost without any letup whatsoever. My new neighbour isn’t the sort to listen to common sense either, I may as well talk to the trees as my dear mother used to say.

Don’t believe me? Well, I videoed it…………..

Funny you wrote about this annoying new neighbor. It must be a migratory thing. I usually wake up to the Kookaburra’s and Magpies, but recently I am hearing the one you have recorded.I tried to locate it on the web via birds calls, but had no luck. I also understand the Common Kohl http://www.birdsinbackyards.net/bird/54
good luck with that!

You have one too! Well, mines been here now almost two months squawking. I’m all for nature, but……

I’ve put up a wanted poster above.

Not sure it’s a Kohl. Any ideas?
